I've been experiencing ringing - pitches in my ears - differenet that the sounds of earthquakes, sometimes background noise. Also woke up very dizzy with a touch of vertigo - this may be an effect of the changes or it may be a reaction to a medication.
The Guides will likely know when I check in with them.
I am wondering: Has anyone else experienced something similar?
